Profile

I've been a member of the Army Field Band since 1987, performing concerts nationwide in support of the Army's public relations efforts representing Soldiers to the American people. My wife Mary Lynn and I have resided in the Annapolis, MD area since 1988, where we have raised four sons and one daughter, homeschooling all five of them between 1992 and 2008. My two oldest sons are pursuing military careers: my oldest is a graduate of The US Naval Academy (Class of 2008), currently serving as Assistant Safety Officer aboard USS MAKIN ISLAND (LHD 8), based in San Diego; my second son is a ROTC cadet at Towson University. He graduated from the Airborne School (2nd Plt., C-1/507 PIR) at Ft Benning on 9/11/09.
